We've got it in the storeroom, and I guess we could use it if we take it off the lawn or something. They don't tell you that until you move in. The rooms are relatively small, so you have to look very carefully to make sure it's what you expect. They do have a virtual tour, and that is very good. Exterior grounds are very well maintained and the interior common areas are beautifully done. There is always something to do if you choose to be social. I think the majority of the staff members were OK, there were only a few that were not good, one or two maybe. They released my sister and the physical therapist who came for home health care said that they should not have released her.

The residents get two meals and they've got a pretty good selection. The dining area looked clean, open, and nice. They have quite a few things they can do. The food is better than most restaurants.

Lake St Charles Retirement Community is very nice. The rooms are a good size and I love the lake. I also love the outdoor feeling that you get, but they have no garage for our two vehicles. When we walked in the door, we saw about 12 people in wheelchairs, in walkers, and canes. That's not what you want to project for people walking in the door the first time.
